常军军,男,博士,1985年5月生,云南祥云人,云南省万人计划青年拔尖(首批)人才、bat365中文官方网站东陆青年学者入选者。现任bat365中文官方网站教授,博士生导师(生态学、资源与环境),环境科学与工程系系主任。
主要从事水体(湿地、河道、湖泊)环境污染的生态效应、影响因素与驱动机制;人工湿地水质净化及其物质转化循环与作用机制;环境生态治理与修复等方面的研究,具体包括:(1)解析了滇池、异龙湖、杞麓湖等云南高原湖泊流域内人工湿地、河道、湖体等的有机污染特征及其迁移转化、污染物去除效能及途径、碳排放、微生物群落与功能等特征,明确了水质与水文特征、土地利用类型等对湖滨湿地、河道和湖体有机物、碳排放等特征的影响及其主要的作用途径和机制,并通过大数据分析预测污染变化趋势;(2)解析了典型新污染物全氟化合物、抗生素、微塑料等对湿地生态系统功能的影响及其作用途径和机制;(3)针对不同来源污水水质特征,研发形成具有靶向作用的高效、低碳人工湿地水质净化技术体系,并开展技术优化与应用。研究为认知人工湿地、河道等水体的环境生态功能,应用、管理人工湿地等生态工程技术以保护高原湖泊流域水生态环境提供了理论与实践依据。先后承担国家自然科学基金、云南省应用基础研究计划项目等10余项,以第一或通讯作者在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文60余篇,包含中科院一区论文10余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,获得专利授权10余项,参编教材与专著各1部,参编地方标准2个。获得云南省科技进步一等奖(2021年)、云南省研究生教学成果二等奖(2023年)、浙江省生态环境科学技术奖等奖励。
