车荣晓,1989年1月生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。中国科学院“百篇优秀博士学位论文”获得者,云南省优秀青年基金获得者,云南省兴滇英才计划“青年人才”,bat365在线平台官方网站高层次引进人才,bat365在线平台官方网站东陆青年学者。主要从事土壤微生物组学研究,重点关注与生态系统碳氮磷循环(固氮、硝化、反硝化、甲烷氧化、解磷等)及动植物致病相关的微生物类群。目前,已发表学术论文70余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文20余篇,含中科院一区TOP期刊论文10余篇,被引用近2000次。研究工作主要通过扩增子测序、宏基因组分析、宏转录组分析等技术开展,主要研究方向如下:
(1)土壤微生物的分布格局与多样性维持机制:探究土壤微生物多样性和功能的地理分布格局,并尝试基于控制实验揭示扩散限制、群落融合、优先效应、种间互作等过程在土壤微生物多样性维持中的作用。
(2)土壤微生物对环境变化的响应:重点关注草地土壤微生物多样性和功能对增温、放牧、降水模式,以及土地退化与恢复等环境变化的响应规律。在此基础上,从多视角解析土壤微生物多样性响应的生态意义,并尝试基于宏基因表达调控的研究框架探究土壤微生物功能对环境变化的响应机制。
(3)土壤微生物检测技术的研发:针对土壤微生物研究所面临的技术瓶颈问题,研发活体微生物检测、胞外核酸降解及土传病原菌检测等技术。
